We are searching for experienced and passionate Customer Service staff.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner to provide timely service
Manage the backend database and respond to the influx of incoming requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers
Effectively communicate with coworkers
Other duties as required
Qualifications
Self-initiative and resourceful in day to day problem-solving tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonally skills (Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, previous experience with CRM is an asset
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to demonstrate initiative and possess great organizational skills
A team player, passionate and enthusiastic
Ability to learn new skills and tasks quickly and efficiently
