As Customer Service Specialist, working closely with the Senior Customer Service Specialist, you are responsible for professionally answer customer inquiries via email, live chat, and voicemail. As a young professional with the ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment, this position allows you to learn and contribute your strengths and skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Professionally and promptly answer customers via email, live chat, and voicemail for pre-sale questions, customer technical inquires, and return authorization.
- Immediately escalate serious complaints or issues to management with possible suggestions, wherever possible.
- Obtain and share customer feedback with other departments to improve products.
- Continue to build new product knowledge as they are introduced.
- Other duties as assigned.
COMPETENCIES:
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualified candidate without direct experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Cantonese or Mandarin language an asset.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Access.
- Knowledge in ERP, CRM and payment processing an asset.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data and make decisions based on the results.
- Ability to type 40 wpm.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner to customers.
