POSITION: CRM Specialist (Customer Relation Specialist)
DEPARTMENT: Head Office – Marketing
REPORTS TO: Marketing Director

STATUS: Permanent, Full-time
SALARY: $18/hour + Extended Health Benefits

OSIM is a global leader in wellness and massage product industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented person to join our team! The ideal candidate should show an abundance of initiative, and be able to take responsibility for acquiring prospective customers from multiple sources including existing lead lists, social media, niche groups and your own research to generate new leads.
With the current OSIM expansion across North America, the new team member will have many potential career growth opportunities.
** Responsibilities and Duties **
1. Lead Generation
Lead Acquisition across Canada & USA with traditional & innovative approaches
Achieving weekly/monthly lead acquisition target
2. Lead Management
Manage prospective customer relations, providing product information, follow up and book appointment for VIP visits.
Develop prospective customers by answering questions and suggesting suitable products.
Keeping complete and accurate records of the CRM process.
Understand key customer segments, uncovering opportunities within the data.
3. Daily Routine
Prioritize and execute tasks in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge of related KPIs and ROI analysis.
Full understanding of OSIM brand and OSIM products.
** Qualifications and Skills **
Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills to maintain a good relationship with our clients.
1 or more years in customer service or sales experience.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Effective time management, multi-task and organization skills.
Team-oriented, reliable, driven, excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
Canadian citizen, PR holder or at least 1 year of valid work permit
