Housekeeper (Part Time, Seasonal)

In this role, you will:
- Keep all rooms, corridors and storage areas neat and clean, especially surfaces of high traffic area
- Clean and polish mirrors, furniture, floors, windows, and doors
- Deep clean washrooms and shower units; including toilet bowls scrubbing, faucet polishing and all surface area cleaning
- Replenish guest supplies and toiletries
- Empty trash and soiled linen from the pod rooms
- Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel by dusting, sweeping, mopping and scrubbing areas need attention.
- Carry out deep cleaning and sanitizing duties
- Changing beddings including, flat, fitted sheets, comforter encasements and pillowcases and follow hotel procedures
- Report any maintenance deficiencies to Supervisor
- Employ proper use and maintenance of all equipment and supplies
- Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
- Complete any project assigned by the Supervisor

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in hotel is desired but not necessary
- Previous experience in a related position is desired but not necessary
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin or Cantonese would be an asset
- Reliable, team player and customer focused
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Able to pass criminal background check
Work Schedule:
2-3 days per week, 3-4 hours per day (Hours might vary depends on work schedule)
Part-time hours: 12 per week
