Full time Office assistant & Customer Care Representative needed for fast paced office environment. We are looking for an individual that is a Team Player, reliable, hard working and energetic. We are willing to train the right person.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent English skills both written and oral
  • Friendly, sociable, detail oriented, and responsible individual
  • Fast learner and have great customer service skills
  • Team player; able to multitask
  • Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin would be an asset
  • Familiar with Quickbooks would also be an asset
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent
