Job Descriptions:
§Handle customers and drivers inquiry and provide directions.
§ Warehousing accounts Customer Support:
· Processing orders and bill of lading for shipment
· Enter and process warehouse receipts
· Check and maintain inventory
· Update billing details for accounting department
· Learn to be proficient on computerized inventory management system
· Address problems and provide solutions to customers
· Close contact with warehouse staffs with daily orders
· Arrange freight shipment for customer orders
§ Assist in Freight forwarding, tender to carriers and orders update
§ Assist in shipment follow-up
§ Maintain communication with supervisor and team members
