Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Min. 3 years of work experience in administration, customer service & sales support
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills
- Able to work on evenings and weekends
- Strong computer skills
- Able to speak and write Chinese (Mandarin)
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
– Creating an exceptional client experience by proactively engaging with clients
– Focusing on new client acquisition, business development and client relationship management
– Identifying business opportunities, promoting our programs & services
– Responding promptly to telephone, email and in-person inquiries from parents and students
– Turning prospects to clients and retaining clients
– Matching educational programs and services to student needs
– Working with parents, teachers and administrators to provide the best educational experience
– Assisting the team to achieve and exceeding sales target successfully
– Scheduling classes, appointments and supporting the team
-Assisting with student registrations
-Assisting in marketing activities, campaigns and event preparation
-Ensure that problems are solved professionally & quickly
