Milani Plumbing, 5526 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC. Vancouver’s largest plumbing, heating and air conditioning company is seeking experienced Administrative/Sales Coordinator. With more than 120 service trucks on the road, we field a large volume of calls every day from people all over the Lower Mainland that need our help with their plumbing, drainage, heating and air conditioning Service. We are looking to fill open positions within our organization that requires people with great communication skills.
We are looking for outgoing, dependable, and proactive individual to help meet the needs of our customers. We are looking to fill this position immediately.
Job Duties:
You must have experience in some or all of the following:
· Administration Services
· Organization/Scheduling Skills
· Work Flow improvement
· Customer Service
· Assist Project Manager with Administrative duties
· Corresponding with Business and Customers
Education, Experience and Language:
· Min. 3 years of relevant experience.
· Must be functional in English. Mandarin & Cantonese Considered and asset
Skills Requirements:
· Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
· Ability to offer extended services to our customers
