Digital Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
Contribute marketing concept development to support overall sales strategies and promote corporate branding via various in- house marketing platform and social media channel (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WeChat, Twitters, Pinterest and e-mail marketing (MailChimp)
Define marketing strategies on advertisement placement on both traditional (Radio and TV) and digital social media marketing (Google Adv, Facebook and YouTube etc.), including the budget planning, content creation and report production to maximize ROI
Monitor key metrics to promote customer engagement and drive online sales
Identify trends and insights from sales record and measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
Maintain effective internal communication to ensure in-house marketing team could execute the work plans according to sales calendar
Be proactive to collect and work with multi-channel data sources to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis in marketing report production for management review and decision
Conduct advanced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for managing inbound marketing initiatives
Propose and design collaboration projects with KOL, Merchants and neighbourhood stores to maximise the brand appearance
Coordinate various sponsorship programs and organize marketing event or workshop as assigned
Provide direction and monitor all the agency services in executing branding promotion and organic posting management
Job Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience or experience in a similar role
Proficiency with social media channels, online advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, and web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, etc.
Strong background in social media marketing, with a keen interest to stay up to date with current online marketing trends and strategies
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is desired
Possess analytical and project management skills, experience in placement strategies is preferred
Immediately available and having work experience in retail industry will be advantage
