About the Role: *
_Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible handling analyzing sales orders, inventory levels and generating reports. This role will also work closely with our Import Operations to import our products to our facilities or customers. _
Requirements: *
_Monitor, analyze, forecast and report on inventory levels. Place orders with factories to ensure adequate stock levels to match sales forecasts. _
_Work with factories to place orders and follow up through the import process, up to delivery of the product to the customers. _
_Provide ad hoc and monthly reports to management and product development teams as needed. _
_Coordinate with Sales Support and Administration to ensure proper planning with factories and our local team in Asia to ensure product will arrive on time. _
_Support BOM costing process and ensure details are matching ERP. _
_Assist with preparing import documentation and work out container configuration. _
Academic/Educational Requirements: *
_Bachelors of Supply Chain, Business Administration or Commerce or similar program._
_1 or more Certifications from APICS is an asset._
Required Skills/Experience: *
_3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Ideal candidates will have worked with consumer goods products and major retail chains. _
_Intermediate to advanced excel skills, candidates should be comfortable with Vlookups, Pivot Tables, If Statements. _
_High level of attention to detail is required, it is critical to this role. _
_Strong interpersonal skills, effective communicator, self-starter, and a team player is required. _
_Able to effectively manage their time, manage projects on multiple levels, daily, weekly, monthly and long term. _
_Technical understanding of the manufacturing process is an asset. _
_Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Fluent in French, Mandarin or Cantonese is as benefit. _

Pay: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
