Full Job Description
A Vancouver-based Real Estate development company specialized in residential and commercial space. Due to business expansion, we are seeking an Assistant to Vice President.
We are looking for
- Responding to and tracking RSVPs and invitations
- Planning and organizing various meetings, as well as events
- Supporting various administrative tasks (filling out forms, organizing couriers and mailings) and running personal errands (lunch runs, arranging gifts, etc.)
- Conducting research on specific topics as directed
- Filtering, prioritizing, and responding to emails and phone calls, and handling highly confidential information.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Assistant or equivalent is a PLUS
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Valid B.C. Driver’s license Class-5
- Bilingual (English / Mandarin)
