Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Specialist will report to Sales & Marketing Director. He or she will visit clients from time to time and will coordinate with daily sales activities. He or she will conduct digital marketing and has a solid knowledge for digital marketing, such as: Google AdWords, Google Analytics, etc.
Responsibility
- Visit auto dealerships to maintain and develop solid and sound business relationships.
- Support and co-ordinate with daily sales activities.
- Familiar with internal systems and provide support for internal and external customers.
- Provide basic system support and general trouble shooting.
- Conduct digital marketing to promote company branding, strategy and business.
- Conduct sales events and prepare marketing materials, such as flyers, banners, etc.
- Maintaining company website and social media accounts.
- Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters.
- Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
· Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
· Intermediate expertise with graphic design software preferred.
· Excellent organization skills.
Required Experience
· Degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field preferred.
· 2+ years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position.
· Strong organizational and administrative skills.
· Valid Class 5 Drivers License with good driving records.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multitask.
· Fluency in English is essential. Additional fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese would be an advantage
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay

- 8 hour shift
