The Role & Responsibilities:
- Support full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, employee matters, welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & exit clearance, leave and benefits administration.
- Manage end to end onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage work pass processes and MOM reports.
- Assist in setting up new office and HR policies.
- Responsible for general employee queries such as leave, processes, policies etc.
- Responsible for HR administration including staff records, files and documentation
- Coordinate office operations and activities.
- Office management such as office rental, supplies, purchases, reimbursements and phones.
- Ad hoc tasks and projects.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma is qualified.
- At least 3 years’ experience in HR or admin management, preferably with strong recruitment background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with payroll operations.
- Resourceful multitasker with vendor management experience.
- Strong team player with a result driven approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
