We are looking for a detail-oriented and capable individual to join our team as an Immigration File Clerk. In this position, you will play an integral role in processing and completing applications related to temporary and permanent residence in Canada. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Following up & Update cases ‘status and report to client periodically through phone, email, WeChat, etc.
- Analyzing cases with RCIC when there is a new case or condition changes
- Report any update to RCIC when checking to our IRCC customer accounts
- Filing and collect IRCC application forms
- Check and correct any information including clients’ Chinese forms/documents that the client provides to facilitate their application
- Set up checking information meeting with clients before sending out for signatures
- Check the Application forms and other supporting documents after clients’ signatures
- Organize forms and other supporting documents and save them in an appropriate folder
- Report to RCIC for final Review before submission
- Assist to submit the Application in a time manner after the RCIC’s review if require
- File and record the case accordingly in “Sync”, and other platforms assigned
- Respond properly to question(s) from clients
- Design updated materials to Application Forms if needed
- Participate in company Seminars
- Update processing platforms and personal Daily Report
Qualifications required:
Education:
- College Diploma or above
Required skills:
- Intermediate familiarity with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Capability for copyrighting, form filling
- Functional communication in English and Chinese
Must possess the following soft skills:

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills & Deeper understanding of Immigration procedures
- Knowledge, industrial economics, public relations, management skills and other aspects.
- Proficient in computer operating software
- Excellent in English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience is required in IRCC filing and assistance
