Summary:
Marine Vista Realty is a newly established company which specializes in helping client with real estate services and build investment real estate portfolios in Greater Vancouver Region. The company has a number of divisions specializing in areas such as Property Management, Residential & Commercial Real Estate and Building Residential Homes. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a marketing strategy to align with business goals
- Prepare and publish communications, promotional material, advertisements, and other marketing materials for social media and email newsletters (MailChimp, Wechat).
- Stay on top of the digital landscape and social media trends, including creating, designing, and managing social media posts almost daily (Instagram, Facebook etc.).
- Establish and regularly update the company websites to ensure information is current and accurate.
- Additional administrative duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will have:
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, MailChimp, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, and social media for businesses (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
- Experience with website design is an asset
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
- Strong team player, with willingness to assist others as needed.
- Having a driver’s license is an asset
