Full Job Description
Reporting to the Sales Excellence Manager, the Account Representative is primarily responsible for all direct communications with Airline customers, the coordination of required information and expectations to all YVR internal stakeholders to ensure successful service and full satisfaction to all customers.
Job Duties:
- Primary contact and relations for all customer correspondence by phone, email and in person
- Communicate directly with customers regarding day to day business, policies and procedures
- Coordinate and distribute all customer information and expectations
- Ensure customer’s service standards are clear, implemented and followed up on by all associated internal team members
- Assist in planning, hosting, note taking and leading execution of all menu presentations
- Coordinate and receive full investigation information on all customer complaints and provide appropriate feedback to customers.
- Assist in hosting and being primary liaison for all customer visits and events
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Post secondary degree in related Service and/or Operations field.
- Hotel Industry and/or Customer Service Background.
- 5+ years of experience in coordination, organizing and leading work assignments and responsibilities
- Second language preferred in either Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese or German
- Able to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects.
- Able to communicate effectively, both orally and written. Strong interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse community.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
- Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
- Able to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Strong computer skills and use of Microsoft Office.
