Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
– Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales, marketing and business development with proven track record
– Exceptional marketing and sales skills
– Excellent communication (both verbal and written) & interpersonal skills
– Able to work on evenings and weekends
– Strong computer skills
– Able to speak Mandarin
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
– Create an exceptional client experience by proactively engaging with clients to understand and meet their children’s educational needs
– Focusing on client acquisition, business development and relationship management
– Identifying business opportunities, promoting our programs & services
– Responding promptly to telephone, email and in-person inquiries from parents and students
– Turning prospects to clients and retaining clients
– Matching educational programs and services to student needs
– Developing & implementing sales and marketing strategies
– Working with parents, teachers and administrators to provide the best educational experience
– Achieving and exceeding sales target successfully
