Position: Accountant
Job Description:
We are a real estate construction and investment company located in Richmond, looking for a full cycle accountant. Jobs include but not limited to cash flow analysis, daily transaction booking, month end reconciliation, monthly financial statements, liaison with external accountant, tax filings, intercompany transaction reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Accounting experience in construction is preferred
- Good team player
