Senior Operations Administration Assistant

Since then, it has expanded rapidly and is now Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 29 stores across the country: 13 in BC, 6 in Alberta, and 10 in Ontario. The Company’s continuous expansion is bringing forward its first-ever store in Montreal, Quebec and 3 more new stores in BC, Alberta, and Ontario, all set to open in 2022/2023.

The Role:
Reporting to the Manager, Central Operations, the Senior Operations Administration Assistant is responsible to provide excellent and friendly customer service support to ensure all internal and external customers receive timely and quality customer care. And provide department administration support.

• Answering calls and corresponding all emails of customer service from general inquiries to complaints
• Redirect inquiries to various person in charge
• Provide excellent and friendly customer service
• Adhere to customer service standards and build effective relationships across a diverse customer base

II. Customer Satisfaction Survey Analysis

• Monitor Hot alerts and prepare weekly report for management
• Case sharing with internal Operations team and other departments periodically

III. Financial Reports preparation

• Data entry for financial summary reports for monthly performance review
• Compile and present data in charts, graphs, tables as required by the superior(s)

IV. Store and Department Admin Support

• Assist in coordinating and communication with stores for various projects
• Provide support to the team as required

V. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned

• Possess post-secondary academic certification, a Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in customer service and/or store operations ideally in retail business
• Proved experience in handle customer inquires and complaints
• Strong customer focus and commitment to providing a quality customer service
• Result-oriented and self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS Office tool includes Excel, PPT, and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is an asset

Shift

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 9:00am – 5:30pm
