Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software;
Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel;
Verify functionality of hardware and software components;
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone;
Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions;
Responsible for project developing and maintaining project plan, resolving issues and delivering regular status reports;
Manage the delivery of requirements documents, use-case documentation, prototypical user experiences, test plans, and rollout communications;
Contribute to new technique research and development;
Conduct daily network backup operations.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience;
Solid analytical skills including requirements analysis, process mapping, test planning and problem solving;
Ability to express complex technical ideas effectively to business stakeholder;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a high performance team;
Able to drive consensus for desired future state that meets business objectives;
Good program/project management skills to develop and deploy large-scale technical solutions (planning, risk and issue management);
Strong interpersonal skills to interact in a team environment and collaborate with team members internal and external to the organization;
Excellent written and oral Mandarin/English communication skills are mandatory in this fast-paced, multi-tasking environment;
Natural curiosity and desire to learn;
Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations;
Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
