1. About us:
Zulin Corp is a construction company which is focus on scaffold sales and rental.
2. Recruitment Position: admin officer
3. Duties and Responsibilities:
a) administrative management
Perform daily administrative functions in a punctual, professional manner.
b) Inventory Management
(1) Perform manual & computerized inventory control
(2) Direct products to appropriate storage areas
(3) Contact the freight company and schedule distribution of materials; receive bills of lading, invoices & other shipping documents
(4) Contact customers for products receiving, identifies appropriate purchase order and prepares receiving reports for submission to finance and user department
(5) Inspect all incoming goods for apparent damage, provide damage and variance reports, and take pictures of damaged goods
(6) Coordinate relevant yard management work
c) Business Development Assistant
(1) Assist CEO in business development
(2) Assist to finalize the MSRP for the products and execute dynamic management
4. Education requirements:
College degree or above.
5. Language requirements:
a) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
b) Mandarin communication skill will be an asset.
6. work experience requirements:
3-5 years of work experience
7. Working Location:
23699 Fraser Hwy Langley Yard and some other yard in Langley
8. Salary
a) Wage: Basic salary + Bonus.
b) Basic salary: $20-30/hour depend on experience
c) Commission based on business development performance (I.e.: signing new sales or rental contracts);

Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

- Metro Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
