Part-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
The selected candidate will be a high-energy personality that enjoys working and interacting with people. As the first face most clients/customers/patients see upon walking in the door, the candidate must be able to navigate patient interactions in a cordial, professional and calm manner.
Compensation is based on experience and skill of the applicant.

Skills Involved
- Bilingual/Trilingual an Asset (Cantonese, Mandarin, etc.)
- Experience with Clinic Operations (MOA, Reception, Clinics, etc.)
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, General Computer Administration
- Computer Troubleshooting / Knowledge and Typing Speed an Asset
- Bonus: Photoshop Experience
Part-time Hours Available (Potential for Full-time Gradually)
- Monday: 10-6PM (most required hours)
- Thursday: 12-8PM (most required hours)
- Other potential days/hours to be added gradually
Daily Responsibilities
- Day-to-day Billing for Patients (Direct Billing via Online Portals)
- Accepting Payment from Patients (In-Person and Virtual Terminal)
- Payment Reconciliation (Verifying Past Payments)
- Administrative Submissions (ie. ICBC Reports, E-mailing Adjustors, etc.)
- Callbacks (Contacting Fall-offs, Rescheduling Appointments, Clinic calls, etc.)
Occaional Responsibilities
- General Marketing (Mentorship Available)
- Advertising / Branding / Social Media (Mentorship Available)
