Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented bilingual sales staff with a great personalities, fluent in English and any other language, for a permanent part-time position. This individual will serve as a brand ambassador on behalf of a world leader in spirits!
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a sales staff that are interested in learning more about wine, liquor and spirits to help support our clients brands inside the duty-free stores inside YVR Airport. The ideal candidates will be an experienced customer service or hospitality professional, and share in our commitment in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Are you what we’re looking for?
What will you be doing:
- Familiarize yourself with the brand
- We are looking for candidates that speak Mandarin, Korean or Japanese
- Showing /sampling the premium products to consumers
- Educating customers
- Records inventory and sales counts on products
- Capture demo results by reporting all required info into tracking system
A little about you:
- Minimum of 1-year customer service or hospitality experience
- A background in beauty is preferred but not necessary
- Strong experience in retail sales
- Must be passionate about outstanding customer experience
- Ability to engage a crowd a crowd and have a naturally outgoing personality
Schedule: Part time hours / 10am-2pm 11am-3pm 8pm-12am
Must be available 4 days per week
Must be flexible with days of the week and start times
We follow peak flight schedules
