About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Creative Director, the Videographer and Video Editor’s mission is to support the marketing department by creating video content (long and short videos) for scroll-stopping ads, talk show style interviews and real estate sales center showcase videos.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Produce video content from concept to completion using industry best practices in storyboarding, cinematography, audio recording and lighting
- Conceptualize and execute original video concepts
- Following a script, screenplay, or outline
- Editing content to trending effects
- Inputting graphics to enhance footage
- Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs
- Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage, adding graphics, taking on light animation work
- Executes cross-channel designs and seasonal assets
- Ensure brand standards are adhered to across all platforms
- Creating micro content from long format video
- Ability to collaborate well with other creative professionals and excellent communication skills to understand the scope and implement the project
- Project manage and deliver content prior to deadlines
- Ready to create other projects as need arises
- Bring new ideas and concepts to brainstorm sessions on a regular basis
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a video creator and editor across a range of creative and commercial applications
- Graduate with a BA (or similar) in video editing, film, TV or similar Fluency in digital platforms and video productions
- Experience working with professional video cameras, audio equipment and grip/lighting gear
- Strong understanding of video editing, colour correction and audio mixing
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Adobe After Effects experience is a plus
- Experience producing content for YouTube, Facebook, Xiaohongsu and TikTok.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; you’ll be working on multiple projects at once
- Self-directed problem solver; proactive and resourceful
- Have a sharp eye for visual storytelling
- A keen sense of rhythm, and composition
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- Open, collaborative, can-do attitude
- Work alongside the Creative Team on shoots both in-studio and on location
- Able to read and understand Chinese (Mandarin is preferred)
