Job Summary:
As a Human Resources Assistant, will be responsible for providing effective administrative support and guidance to employee.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the recruitment process
Conducting employee onboarding and exit processes
Supporting the payroll function; Administering employee benefit programs
Answering general HR enquiries and providing routine information on policies, guidelines and practices
Maintaining employee both paper and electronic employee files
Supporting the annual performance management and compensation review process
Drafting contracts, compensation notices and other employee correspondence
Drafting policy
Assisting with preparation of reports and presentations
Providing support on various HR projects
Skills & Experience Required
Qualifications in HR management, business or a relevant field
Proven experience in a similar position
Must have working knowledge of Human Resource practices (e.g. performance management, employee benefits, training, recruiting)
Familiarity with relevant employment law
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
A high level of integrity and confidentiality
