VIC Property Services is a property management company which manages its sister companies properties, mainly mobile home parks, located in BC mainly. We are looking for an experienced accountant who can do account payables and receivables, prepare financial statements, file T2 returns, prepare T4 T5 slips, file annual returns, and do job costing report and company budeting. The candidate shall speak fluent English and have 4 years accounting experience. You need to have an accounting background.
We also need a property manager assistant to work with and supervise onsite managers including collecting rent and handling complaints and repairs.

Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
