Senior Accountant

What You’ll Do:

• Reconcile and file Goods and Services GST HST QST
• Ensure compliance is met with tax filing obligations
• Reconcile and file worker compensations
• Reconcile revenues
• Prepare month end adjustments and post month end close
• Maitain asset leases and purchases and applicable depreciation and amortization schedules
• Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual consolidated financial statements
• Assist in annual budget preparation
• Review work performed by staff accountants, supervise and provide training as needed
• Other duties assigned by financial controlle

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field
• 5 years minimum of work experiences
• Designated or pursuing CPA
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in QBO
• Excellent team work spirit
• Excellent Data Analysis and reporting ability
• Proactive, resourceful, responsible, independent, and assertive
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Customer-oriented
• Good team player
• Good report writing skills
• Good presentation is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English, Good command of Mandarin
