Our company is running a wholesale and distribution business. We are looking for an office assistant / purchasing clerk to join our rapidly growing team.
Duties:
Book keeping
Documents preparation
Email sending and sorting
E-commerce websites uploading and maintains.
Social media promotion.
Importing and exporting documents preparation.
Qualification:
Profound knowledge of excel and PowerPoint
Design skill required / experienced with photoshop, InDesign
Experienced with Quickbooks Online
Fluent in Mandarin, English both in written and spoken.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
