Machine Operator

The Machine Operator plays a critical role by producing custom boxes and working as a team in a manufacturing environment. We are hiring at our Mitchell Island location at 11300 Twigg Place on our afternoon shift:

• Tuesday-Friday, 1:15PM-11:45PM – you enjoy a 3 day weekend

Our courtesy shuttle bus provides transportation to many of our shifts. We would be happy to connect with you to discuss compensation and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, monitor the machine production and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure required productivity goals are achieved
• Control quality and waste while maintaining housekeeping standards
• Review schedule and complete necessary documentation
• Recommend improvements to operations and support continuous improvements efforts
• Flexible to perform other duties as assigned

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

• Richmond, BC V6V 3C1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
