Located in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, the company does not only provide One-Stop solutions in career training and employment services for job seekers, but also focuses on customize services to their clients across Canada. Currently the company is looking for two Customer Service Representative who enjoy to take new challenges and provide the best customer services to employers. This is fulltime position with lots of business travelling. If you like a balanced lifestyle of travelling and working, then this job may be good for you.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trustful relationships with clients in various industries
- Visit clients regularly to understand their hiring challenges
- Provide a short-term hiring solution to solve labour shortages
- Figure out strategic long-term hiring solutions
- Follow up clients’ recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes
- Coordinate communication between employees and employers if needed
- Record and manage files and documents
- Other duties assigned by the manager
Qualification Requirement:
- At least one year of experiences related to customer services, sales or human resources
- Flexible for frequent business travel
- Customer services-oriented working style
- Strong project management skills under time pressure
- Efficient multitasking
- Willing to learn new business and knowledge
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is highly preferred
