D Way Foods Inc. is fast growing Japanese Food distributor located in Vancouver East.
We are offering a wide range of products from seafood to Japanese condiments, and beverage to Japanese restaurants in lower mainland.
We are looking for team member who can join our Operation Team!
Chinese (Mandarin) Speaker welcome. Japanese Speaker Welcome.
Job Duties :
– To Issue Purchase Order, and Receiving Order.
– To Place order to Supplier and confirming the Releasing by Supplier.
– To Arrange Trucking for incoming Materials
– To Arrange Custom Clearance process via Freight Forwarder
– To Assist Calculating Cost, and Enter to our Inventory System on Time
– To Assist Day to Day Operation (Such as taking phone call, assisting walk in customers)
– To Assist communicate Processing plant in off site location (in Chinese) with Management.
Requirements
– Fluent in English in Writing and Speaking
– Either proficient Chinese or Japanese communcation
– Status in Canada is either Permanent Resident or Citizen
– 2 Years Computer Experience (MS Office)
– Detail Oriented for Accuracy of all transaction processing
– International Logistic Work Flow understanding as an asset
Hour
Probation : 12 weeks
Monday : 7:30~16:00
Tues~Fri : 8:30~17:00
Compensation
Depending on the performances and experience
Optional Extended Medical Program available.
