High-paced warehouse/distribution center in South Burnaby looking for a full-time Warehouse Supervisor. We specialize in apparel, footwear, eyewear and accessories.
Salary:
TBD based on experience
Job Type:
Warehouse Supervisor: full-time, permanent
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervision or management experience
Post-secondary degree or certificate
Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is an asset
Duties included but not limited to:
Supervise the warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy is maintained
Assigning tasks to staff to achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals
Running reports to show if goals are met
Conducting performance reviews
Identify and resolve any work related issues staff are having
Help warehouse attain any missing documents/info from the office
Implement new systems to improve the overall effiiciency of the warehouse
Train new staff on duties as well as company policies
Backing up the Warehouse Manager if she is away
