Sunia Technology Inc. is an industry leading technology company, that specializes in image and video processing, handwriting and hand-drawing technologies on mobile and portable devices, and providing remoting and visualization solutions in the cloud. We are looking for a well-rounded Accounting/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and preparing documents required by accountant and financial department.
- Responsible for the application of government fundings and other related communication/assistance.
- General office administration.
- Assisting hiring and onboarding process.
- Other duties as required by the executive management.
Requirements:
- College diploma or bachelor degree in Accounting, Human Resources Management, Business Management, Administration or related disciplines.
- 1+ years of working experience in Accounting, HR, Administration.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Language:fluent in both English and Mandarin is required.
- A passion for learning with a growth mindset and a positive mental attitude.
