Job Description

  • Assists customers at the front desk including pick-up and delivery requests
  • Examine manifests, bills of lading, or other documents to determine work procedures for accepting or releasing cargo
  • authorizes final approval for cargo release
  • Answer phone calls and reply to customer e-mails.
  • Notifies consignee or agent concerning arrival dates of shipment, customs clearance status or other details
  • Undertake acceptance procedures for export cargo shipments
  • Respond to customers or other parties in regard to shipments accordingly
  • Data /Document Entry in ERP systems
  • Arrange the daily containers.
  • Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 8:00am-16:30pm

  • Mandarin
  • English.
  • Cantonese is an asset.
