They have 6 locations across the Lower Mainland and offer Auto, Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Life & Health insurance services to its clients. ABOUT THE POSITION
As an Auto Insurance Advisor you will be the first point of contact for walk-in clients, where you will work your magic and offer the best service possible to walk-in clients, as well as diligently answering phone and email inquiries.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Working in a small team of Auto Insurance Advisors you will be responsible for:
- Handling of routine customer and agent inquiries/concerns
- Taking and reporting claims to insurance companies in a timely manner
- Returning customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Contacting clients via telephone and email for follow-ups on coverages, renewals, etc.
- Advising clients on best solutions for their auto insurance, pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Batching and ordering inventory
- Other Ad-hoc projects as assigned
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Level-1 General Insurance License
- Preferably 1 years’ experience in Auto Insurance, including private/optional auto portals
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite, ICBC Policy Center, TAM knowledge is an asset
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a desire to exceed expectations
- Mandarin or Cantonese as a language is required.
COMPENSATION
- $38,000 – $45,000 base salary based on experience
- 40% commission on new business; 25% on renewals for accounts you bring in
