Job Description:
FINO Decor is a Vancouver-based, professional, and creative team aiming for wedding and event decoration. Our team wants to create a one-of-a-kind experience for each of our clients with our professional knowledge, passion, and creativity.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Respond to new clients’s inquiries thru emails, phone calls and other channels;
- Set up consultations for clients to provide suitable planning and/or decoration service plans;
- Prepare clients’ documents, including but not limit to quotation, proposal, contract, timeline, checklist, etc.;
- Identification of venues for weddings;
- Identification and contracting of wedding professionals and service provides (suppliers, photographers, videographers, commissioners, musicians, etc. );
- Generate decoration plans for clients based on their requirements and budgets;
- Periodically checking in with the clients to ensure satisfaction and answer their questions;
- Coordinate the timelines and schedules for the clients and vendors;
- Coordinate with our own labour team and florist to ensure the wedding preparation;
- Coordination of deliveries and services on the wedding day;
- Follow up with clients after the service for reviews, wedding materials;
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Proficient in Microsoft software and can adapt quickly with new software;
- Able to lift at lease 40 pounds.
Work schedule:
- Must be available for weekends and some weekdays, sometimes late nights due to the nature of our business.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

- Event/Wedding Industry: 1 year (preferred)
