Enoch Wealth is a registered Exempt Market Dealer (EMD) with the BC and Ontario Securities Commissions. As part of the Operations team, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks described below:
Job Duties:
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
– Provide general support to visitors at the reception desk
– Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and updated as necessary
– Assist in the preparation of sales documents, presentations, and reports
– Carry out administrative duties such as data entry, filing, processing, translating, and scanning documents, etc.
– Support communication with advisors and issuers, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
– Order office supplies and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the office
– Support in organizing company events and activities, ensuring all arrangements are made in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements and Skills:
– Experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Secretary will be a plus
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Fluent in both English and Mandarin
Job Type: Full-time
