Responsibilities of the position:
- As the first point of contact to customers, you must be absolutely committed to excellent customer service
- Daily follow-up calls and emails to clients
- Execution of website content, social media responses, posts, as well as email marketing campaigns
- Develop client engagement strategies
- Manage customer contracts, and create sales invoices through QuickBooks
- Communication and logistics for events, mailings, updates and related activities via telephone, email and in person, schedule piano moves, schedule piano tunings and work with our technicians on service-related work.
- Interview piano teachers, and update their contact for the Piano Teachers Federation
- Manage customers piano repairs, and refinishing
- Open and close the retail store Tuesday – Saturday 10:00AM – 5:00PM
Requirements of the position:
- Have a passion for pianos
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines, manage priorities
- Project management skills
- Able to approach problems from all angles to provide the best resolutions
- Highly motivated and able to take initiative
- Confident, positive, and committed to providing positive client experiences
Assets of the position:
- Play Piano
- Love Music
- Speak Mandarin
- Have Bookkeeping experience
- Technologically savvy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
