岗位： HR助理
岗位职务：
a) 招聘岗位在多个渠道发布，收集和筛选简历，电话预约面试，候选人跟踪
b) 员工VISA状态的跟踪和Review的支持
c) 培训的支持和跟踪工作
d) 解答员工日常policy相关的问题
e) 员工团建活动的支持工作
岗位要求：
a）人事或者行政相关专业
b) 至少1年相关工作经验
c) 精通Microsoft Excel、Word、PowerPoint
d) 注重细节，良好的沟通技巧
e) 中英文双语
f) 责任心强
HR Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
a) Post job openings on multiple channels, collect and screen resumes, schedule interviews, and track candidate progress
b) Support the tracking and review of employee visa status
c) Support and track training programs
d) Answer employee inquiries on daily policy-related issues e) Support employee team-building activities
Job Requirements:
a) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
b) At least 1 year of relevant work experience
c) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
d) Detail-oriented with good communication skills
e) Bilingual in Chinese and English f) Strong sense of responsibility
