A travel wholesaler located at Richmond BC is seeking candidates who are enthusiastic about travel profession or entry level candidates who would like to start their career in travel industry.
Job Description:
- Respond to & follow up enquiries from travel agents and direct clients on our full range of travel products
- Confirm bookings and issue invoices
- Document sorting & filing
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
Requirements:
- Experience preferred but not required as comprehensive on-job training will be provided
- Proficient computer knowledge, excellent phone manner & customer service skills
- Able to speak English and Mandarin/Cantonese and good reading & writing skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must work on full time, may be required to work Saturday shifts and/or holidays (compensation day off provided)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
