Marketing Coordinator

Responsibility

• Maintain promotional and marketing inventory in shared corporate folders to facilitate file locating, include the contracts and receipts
• Maintain and update client databases regularly across various CRM platforms and conduct regular data merge cultivation
• Implement custom content strategy for each platform given similar materials and message, including copy, graphic and video
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the marketing content is updated in a timely manner on the website, and through social media and e-blast.
• Plan and coordinate marketing meetings, update calendar, agenda and reports to facilitate effective and efficient communications during the meeting
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising various source of data
• Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with vendors and subcontractors
• Accomplishes goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience working as a marketing role
• Familiar with both Chinese and English mainstream social media platforms, including WeChat, Redbook, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading marketing trending news
• Proficiency with Canva in producing graphic content
• Proven ability in using social media to engage with users via monitoring trends, comments, tags, etc
• Self-starter who can work independently but also excels in collaborating with others
• Comfortable with writing copy and adapting copy to a brand tone of voice where necessary
• Strong communicator and detail oriented
• Passion for social media and emerging trends
• Experience with real estate, mortgage and financial Institutions, paid social media are a plus but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
