Aer Rianta International Inc. (North America), also known as ARINA, is one of the leading operators of duty-free shops at international airports. The Boutique Manager will be responsible for the CHANEL space in Vancouver International Airport, for the efficient and effective running of our account, managing the beauty advisors, the sales, stock, among others to achieve the business objectives. Also, the Boutique Manager brings to this role energy, an ability to lead and correct while acting on their feel and an intuitive sense to think ahead and problem solve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved.
- Guide and develop a high-performance team.
- Ensure Key Results Areas to be achieved.
- Ensure staff engagement and motivation.
- Perform any other related tasks, when needed to support the operations and the management team.
- Constant monitoring of PLV stock levels on testers, disposable material, blotters, expired visuals, and any decoration required.
- Guarantee the accomplishment of the merchandising/planograms and ensure brand equity with proper image.
- Monthly checking of counters – send photographic report with bullets asking for any repair, new visuals or adjustments needed.
- Analyze brand layout and propose suggestions for improvements.
- Support Brand´s inventory counting when necessary.
- Avoid stock ruptures and empty shelves interacting directly with the area manager & sales executive.
- Tracking of the in-store pricing for CHANEL portfolio and ensure implementation of Price List twice a year.
- Benchmark twice a year of competitors prices in coordination with marketing
- Ensure that the promotional calendar is implemented and follows the brand standard.
- Store/Airport analysis & opportunities
- Master product knowledge as well as new releases and ensure the coaching of the BAs on these topics.
- Ensure the usage of the Inside Beauty app and track BAs trainings performance.
- Accompany the brand’s representatives when visiting the stores.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as retail sales supervisor/manager for fragrances and beauty products.
- Experience with motivating, coaching, and supporting team members.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, problem solving, people and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. Mandarin is an asset.
