Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and passionate digital marketing specialist to develop and execute our digital marketing strategy and plan in the Canadian market. This is a new position that offers an immediate opportunity for a digital marketing expert who speaks a unique digital language, strives to improve conversion rates, and enjoys understanding data. You should be knowledgeable of all the latest Google products (Search, Display, Mobile, Shopping, Video, Analytics) and have a good understanding of other digital advertising channels such as Facebook/Meta ads, Bing, LinkedIn ads, etc. You should have a high level of motivation, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have strong communication skills. Your ability to anticipate problems before they become issues is second to none. You are also highly organized, have strong professional ethics, a positive attitude, and attention to detail. You take ownership of your work quality and always seek to learn and improve.

Main tasks and responsibilities (including but not limited to):

1.Fully understand Google Ads, Bing, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid search and advertising platforms, including account setup, keyword development, ad creation, targeting options, and conversions.

2.Develop and manage strategies and content for paid, profitable, and owned digital marketing, while ensuring synergy between strategies and activities.

3.Collaborate with agencies and internal partners to develop strong integrated marketing campaigns and media strategies that support decision-making and drive brand objectives, using relevant analytics and business insights and customer needs.

4.Develop and implement digital marketing plans, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

5.Coordinate internal and external resources, including advertising agencies, suppliers, and partners, to ensure the plan is executed and expected results are achieved.

6.Monitor and analyze digital marketing data, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and develop reports and analysis to continuously optimize digital marketing strategies and plans, improve conversion rates and effectiveness.

7.Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure digital marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives and provide consistent brand experiences for customers.

8.Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and advertising best practices, strategies, and latest developments.

9.Independently maintain a current task list under limited manager supervision.

Hard Skills and Experience:

1.At least 2 years of practical experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, or digital marketing experience.

2.Proficiency in overall digital marketing practices, proficient in digital marketing channels and tools such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

3.Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and the ability to analyze and interpret digital marketing data.

4.Have a good business acumen and strategic thinking ability to develop feasible digital marketing plans and optimize the execution process.

5.Excellent communication skills and coordination ability, able to communicate with clients fluently.

6.Excellent written language expression skills.
