About Us: Welcome to Math House Academy, a start-up company that is passionate about providing students with high-quality mathematics materials and resources. Our small team is dedicated to creating a warm and supportive environment that encourages students to explore, learn and grow in the field of mathematics.
Our primary focus is on developing a comprehensive online database of mathematics materials for students from kindergarten to grade 12. We believe that every student should have access to the tools and resources they need to succeed in math, which is why we are committed to providing a wide range of materials and corresponding practice exercises that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
In addition to our regular curriculum, we also provide practice materials and mocks for mathematics competitions. We believe that these competitions can be a great way for students to challenge themselves, build their confidence, and have fun while learning.

Job type: full-time
Shift & schedule: weekend availability, every weekend
Expected work hours: 30-40 hour/week
Work location: one location (Richmond)
Compensation: Negotiable, dependent on expertise
Responsibilities:
- Enter questions into the online question bank and make cosmetic adjustments.
- Create and typesetting mathematics textbooks and lectures for Grade K-2.
- Detect and correct errors in spelling, grammar, and syntax.
- Communicate with web developer when there is a requirement.
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
- Bachelor’s Degree (New Media is preferred)
- Able to work on weekends.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word (strength in creating charts, graphs, and equations)
- Attention to details.
- Flexibility & Organized.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.

Salary: From $17.00 per hour
