We are looking for adaptable and creative marketing assistance with experience in executing marketing plans and campaign to join our growing team.

Please note the key objectives and responsibilities for our Marketing Manager position:
Key Responsibilities
Our assistance marketer will be part of a team responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for Strategic Lift but as well offering the same services to clients who retain our fractional marketing services.
The key areas of work this person will be part of:
· Marketing Strategy
· Brand Building
· Marketing Plan Development
· Intergrated Communication Plan (Digital and Traditional Media)
Additional responsibilities will consist of the following:
· Set clear objectives and design a strategy for client across different industries
· Develop and manage project marketing campaigns from strategy and theming to final sale and completion
· Lead the execution, analysis and optimization of marketing initiatives to meet annual objectives
· Usa date and insights to identify marketing opportunities and guide decision making
· Work with associations to expand Strategic Lift’s network and reach new clients
· Develop and control marketing budget
· Continually develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ needs in alignment with their objectives/goals in order to provide them with the best marketing solutions
· Willingness to travel in province or out of province for specialty marketing activations/campaigns
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (agency experience will be considered an important asset)
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Related Field
· Excellent organization skills
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Creative and analytical mind
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
· Proven leadership and team building skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· A proven success track record of client and stakeholder management experience
· Knowledge of different areas of Marketing: traditional marketing, alternative marketing, promotions, and branding
· Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
· Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creative solutions using data analytics
· Proven experience in analyzing customer feedback, data, and campaign performance
· Ability to coordinate and generate financial documents for different advertising campaigns (budgets, estimates, and supplier contracts).
