One Plus Solutions Inc, a subsidiary of Columbia Security Systems Group of Companies, is looking for a Sales Assistant.
Qualifications for potential candidates must include:
- Prioritize job tasks
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, a second language is defnitely an asset
- Strong MS Office skills
- Basic bookeeping is also an asset
You are to assist the Director of Sales with administrative duties including but not limited to:
- Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets for income and expenses
- Making phone calls to existing clients and update clients’ info
- Book meetings via Google Meet or Zoom or in-person
- Receiving and sending out emails
- Ordering office supplies
- Invoicing
- Settling account payables
- Preparing various lists and documents as required
We are seeking a well-rounded administrative professional who can multi-task at times, detail-oriented, organized and has a can-do approach to their work. Qualified candidates must have experience in scheduling, coordinating, filing, organizing, and planning. Post secondary education is preferred but not mandatory. An individual who has an excellent command of English (verbal and written) is extremely important for this position. A secondary language such as Mandarin or Cantonese is definitely an asset. Candidates must be systems-savvy (specifically in MS Excel and MS Word). Must be a Canadian with at least a Permenant Resident status. Oversea and Work Permit applicants need not apply.
There is some work from home hybrid flexibility. Some tasks can be performed at home but some tasks would require to work in the office which is around Boundary & Lougheed Hwy.
