RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to:

– Greeting and welcoming patients

– Coordinating patient bookings

– Answering phones and directing calls

– Assisting patients with queries (on the phone and in the office)

– Educating patients on product lines and procedures that we offer

– Other administrative duties as assigned

CANDIDATE PROFILE

– Available to work Mondays, Tuesdays and approximately one Saturday per month

-Available to work in both our Vancouver and Richmond locations

– Customer service experience or MOA experience

– Some post-secondary education

– Positive, energetic and a self-motivator

– Excellent communication and people skills

– Team player

– Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness

– Excellent organizational and time management skills

– Results-oriented and comfortable creating and achieving goals

– Skin knowledge is an asset

– Quick learner

– Ability to work independently

– Intuitive problem solving abilities

– Cantonese and or Mandarin is an asset

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

• Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (required)

Language:

• Cantonese (preferred)
• Mandarin (preferred)
