Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to oversee and direct the company’s daily operations. The successful candidate will have previous experience in the food and beverage chain brand industry, with a proven ability to lead small teams, manage finances, and drive franchise development.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage the company’s daily operations
• Provide leadership for franchise development and supply chain management
• Monitor directly operated store operations and ensure their success
• Manage financial reporting and oversee the management of budgets
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to all team members
• Facilitate team development meetings to improve skill building, time management, conflict resolution, personal development, and team cohesion

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous 3-5 years of experience in a General Manager role
• Experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong understanding of chain brands
• Ability to lead and drive small teams (5-10 staff)
• Strong attention to detail and financial management/reporting skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player mentality
• Fluent Mandarin skills required

Annual Salary: $54,000-$78,000 + Bonus & Signing Bonus

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Experience:
