HIRING FOR LATE JULY
The Receptionist is the first point of introduction for a firm. The Receptionist greets clients and is to present themselves in a professional manner. The Receptionist has the same abilities as an administrative assistant with a few alterations. This role is just as important as any to make a firm look professional and welcoming.
Therefore, it is important for a Receptionist to perform the front desk duties to the best of their abilities. Below is a list of duties, but not limited to;
– Answering Phones
– Incoming and outgoing mail
– Maintaining Faxes and electronic Mail
– Greeting and Assisting Clients to boardroom and meetings
– Scheduling in person and phone meetings with lawyers and support staff
– Dealing with Couriers, agents, and supply orders
– Organizing and maintaining the front desk area, and cleaning of boardrooms
– Assisting the Office Manager with day to day tasks
– Opening Files, creating retaining agreements
– Using Clio Manage, Clio Grow, and Papercut Software ( will train)
– Filing, Preparing forms, letters and emails
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (preferred)
