Position: People & Culture, Coordinator
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Reporting to the VP, People & Culture, the People & Culture Coordinator will provide critical administrative support to the business in areas such as Recruitment, On-Boarding, Communications, Attendance
Management, Payroll, and HRIS Support. You are a naturally energetic and intellectually curious person who will grow through meaningful contributions made to our rapidly growing and evolving Company. Together, we’re building something we can all be proud of!

Summ! Responsibilities:
- Support our recruiting and onboarding efforts by updating our careers page, various job-postings, pre-screening candidates and coordinating interviews, coordinating various intake forms and processes.
- Coordinate offboarding process for departing employees, conduct exit interviews and analyzing results with an eye to continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and support various internal events such as employee appreciation events, job fairs, open houses, etc.
- Participate in various committees including Occupational Health & Safety, Employee Partnership Committee, and Social Committee as required.
- Attendance Management & Leave Tracking coordination.
- Payroll support including performing Payroll back-up, management of employee status, updating personnel files, and generating periodic reports through ADP Workforce Now.
- Support internal communications by updating various bulletin boards and TV materials.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Summ! Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- CPHR Certification or working towards it.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills (Cantonese or Mandarin an asset).
